Looking for article published in Food Chemistry magazine…?
I’m looking for an article on an experiment that was published in: Food Chemistry; Mar2008, Vol. 107 Issue 1, p426-433, 8p. (the experiment tests the effect of green tea on the shelf-life of muttons). Does anyone know where I could find an online copy? I really need it…
