Casino Age Limits in Western United States?
I’m taking a road trip out west this summer and I’m wondering what the age limits are in casinos in states such as Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. In Illinois, the age is 21, but I’m not sure if this is a federal law or a state law.
In the U.S. You must be 21 to gamble in a casino in all state regulated casinos. There are some Indian casinos, however, that will allow you to gamble at 18. There are also some casino boats in Florida that will let you gamble when you are 18.
At U.S. pari-mutuels the minimum gambling age is 18 and the minimum age to play bingo is 18.
